A retired or young couple with practical skills to join the staff of a new and rapidly developing Christian college. 
Skills needed include: manuscript editing, student care and counselling, program management, computer documentation, travel arranging and building maintenance.
At present self support is necessary but salary will become available as programs expand. 
We are already teaching in 25 + countries.  
Mt. Joy College is situated on 59 hectares of mountain top with extensive views of the Pacific Ocean, meadows and old growth forest.  It is located near Victoria in Sooke which has a large artist community, symphony and access to rugged sports.  A new modern home is available for very moderate rent.
